1. Acceptance and age
These Terms govern your use of Mafia Republic, provided by Kynetra Studios. By installing or using the game, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Mafia Republic is intended for players aged 16 and older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian.
2. Limited game licence
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use Mafia Republic for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You do not acquire ownership of the game, its code, characters, artwork, music, story, trademarks or virtual content.
3. Player conduct
You must not:
- reverse engineer, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the game except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use cheats, automation, altered clients or technical exploits to manipulate rewards, advertising or saved progress;
- interfere with the game, its security, service providers or other players;
- use the game or its fictional content to promote real-world crime, threats or unlawful conduct;
- misrepresent an affiliation with Kynetra Studios.
4. Progress and virtual economy
Virtual money, influence, businesses, items, rewards and other game values have no cash value, are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged for real money. They are licensed game features, not player property.
Local progress may be lost if the game is reset, app storage is cleared, the app is uninstalled, the device fails or a save becomes incompatible. Unless a cloud-save feature is expressly introduced, Kynetra Studios cannot restore local progress.
We may adjust rewards, costs, progression, balance or availability when reasonably necessary to improve the game, prevent abuse or maintain a sustainable economy.
5. Optional rewarded advertising
The game may offer optional advertising in exchange for a stated virtual reward. Rewards are granted only when the advertising provider confirms eligible completion. Network failure, unavailable inventory, provider restrictions or closing an advertisement early may prevent the bonus from being granted.
Advertising providers and advertised products are third parties. Their services, offers and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We do not require a rewarded advertisement to claim a normal reward that the game explicitly makes available without an advertisement.
6. Intellectual property and feedback
Mafia Republic and its original content are owned by or licensed to Kynetra Studios and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “Mafia Republic” and “Kynetra Studios” may not be used to imply sponsorship or approval without permission.
If you voluntarily send ideas or feedback, you allow us to use that feedback without payment or obligation, while you retain ownership of any original material you submit.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, suspend, replace or discontinue parts of the game for technical, legal, security, platform or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Device compatibility may change as Android, Google Play or third-party services evolve.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, legal obligations or serious violations of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The game is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kynetra Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of local progress, device incompatibility or third-party service interruption.
9. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms. The revised date will be shown on this page, and continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available in the player’s country of residence.
