1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy explains how Kynetra Studios (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Mafia Republic. It applies to the Android version identified by the package name com.kynetrastudios.mafiarepublic and to related player-support communications.
2. Information we handle
Local game data
The game stores the chosen player nickname, language, advisor and city selections, story progress, virtual currency, business progress, settings, notification preferences and similar gameplay state on the device. This data is used to save progress and provide game features.
Diagnostics and analytics
When analytics and crash-reporting services are enabled in a distributed build, technical information may be processed, including app version, device model, operating-system version, approximate region, app-instance identifiers, session activity, gameplay events, performance information and crash diagnostics. We do not intentionally send the player nickname as an analytics identity.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message, such as device details, screenshots or troubleshooting information.
Notifications
If permission is granted, the game may schedule local notifications for events such as a full business vault or available game progress. Local notification preferences and schedules are managed on the device.
3. Third-party service providers
Production versions may use the following providers. The exact services active in a build are reflected in the app’s Google Play Data safety declaration.
- Google Firebase Analytics: aggregated app usage and gameplay-event measurement.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics: crash diagnostics, stability and performance troubleshooting.
- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform: rewarded advertising, ad delivery, fraud prevention and privacy-consent choices.
- Google Play services: distribution, platform security and store-related functionality.
- GitHub Pages: hosting this public legal and support site. GitHub may process standard web request logs under its own privacy terms.
If a mobile-measurement partner is later added for advertising attribution, this policy and the in-app disclosure will be updated before that integration is released.
4. Advertising and consent
Mafia Republic may offer optional rewarded advertisements. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider reports a completed eligible view. Declining an optional advertisement does not remove a normal reward already offered by the game.
Where required, the Google User Messaging Platform is used to request and store privacy choices. Ad personalization depends on the player’s region, age-related requirements, provider availability and consent status. Players can revisit available advertising privacy choices from the game’s Settings screen.
5. Retention and deletion
- Local game data: remains until the player resets the game, clears app storage or uninstalls the app.
- Analytics and crash data: is retained according to the configured retention periods and policies of the relevant Google service.
- Support email: is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support history, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.
Because the game currently has no online account, there is no server-side game account to delete. Players can erase local progress through Settings → Reset Game or Android’s app-storage controls. Requests concerning support correspondence can be sent to ozgur.ys@hotmail.com.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding personal information we control. You can also withdraw optional notification or advertising consent through the relevant device, app or consent settings.
To make a request, email us with “Mafia Republic Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need reasonable information to identify the relevant support conversation, but we will not ask for an in-game password because the game has no account password.
7. Age suitability
Mafia Republic is a fictional strategy and story game intended for players aged 16 and older. It is not directed to children under 16. The game contains fictional organized-crime themes, threats and non-graphic references to violence.
If you believe a person below the intended age has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the game and the limited information we control. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries outside your own under their applicable transfer and security mechanisms.
We may update this policy when the game, law or third-party services change. Material updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
